Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These terms govern your use of tablecrafter.com and the TableCrafter WordPress plugin. TableCrafter is a product of iSuperCoder ("we", "us"). By using this website, installing the plugin, or purchasing a Pro license, you agree to these terms. Questions are always welcome at info@fahdmurtaza.com.
The products
TableCrafter comes in two editions:
- TableCrafter Free, distributed through WordPress.org at no cost.
- TableCrafter Pro, sold on this website with premium features, updates, and support for the duration of an active license.
Software license (GPL)
The TableCrafter plugin code is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 or later, the same license as WordPress itself. The GPL gives you the freedom to run, study, and modify the code. Your Pro license key is separate from the GPL: it controls access to premium feature activation, automatic updates, and support services. Sharing, reselling, or publishing license keys, or circumventing the license validation, is not permitted and results in termination of the associated services.
Purchases and billing
Pro purchases are processed by Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record. Freemius handles checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes; its terms and privacy policy apply to the transaction itself.
- Plans are sold per number of activated production sites (1, 2, 5, or 10 sites) on monthly, annual, or lifetime billing, at the prices shown at checkout.
- Monthly and annual licenses renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewal at any time from the email receipts or your Freemius customer dashboard; your license then remains active until the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime licenses are a one-time payment for the plan purchased, valid for the lifetime of the product.
- Local development and staging sites do not normally count against your site activation limit.
- If prices change, the new price applies to new purchases and, with advance notice, to subsequent renewals. We do not change the price of an already-paid period.
Free trial
We offer a full-featured Pro trial (currently 10 days, no credit card required when started from tablecrafter.com). A trial does not convert to a paid subscription unless you complete checkout; when you do, the refund policy below applies to that first charge.
Refund policy
7-day money-back guarantee. If TableCrafter Pro is not right for you, request a refund within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full, no questions asked. This applies to first purchases and to renewal charges requested within 7 days of billing. To request a refund, email info@fahdmurtaza.com with the email address used at checkout, or reply to your Freemius receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method by Freemius and typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. After the 7-day window we generally cannot refund, but if something is genuinely broken for you, contact us; we would rather fix it or make it right.
Updates and support
An active Pro license includes automatic plugin updates and email support for the licensed sites. When a subscription lapses or is cancelled, the plugin keeps working as installed, but you no longer receive updates (including security and compatibility updates) or support until the license is renewed. Support covers TableCrafter itself; we cannot debug unrelated plugins, themes, or hosting problems, though we will point you in the right direction when we can.
Your data and third-party services
TableCrafter can display data from services you connect, such as Gravity Forms, Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, CSV, JSON, XML, and external databases. You are responsible for your accounts and credentials with those services, for complying with their terms, and for having the right to display the data you publish. Credentials you enter are stored on your own WordPress site, not on our servers. You are also responsible for backups of your site and data; TableCrafter reads from your configured sources but is not a backup tool.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the website or the plugin to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our services or those of others. You may not misrepresent modified copies of the plugin as official TableCrafter releases.
Trademarks and content
The TableCrafter name and logo are trademarks of iSuperCoder. The GPL covers the plugin code; it does not grant rights to our trademarks or to the content of this website. You may quote and link to our documentation with attribution.
Affiliate program
If you join our affiliate program, the commission rates, cookie window, payout schedule, and conduct rules published on that page form part of these terms. Self-referrals, coupon-bait pages, and trademark bidding are not permitted, and we may withhold commissions on refunded or fraudulent orders.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and the plugin are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This mirrors the warranty disclaimer of the GPL. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will work with every theme, plugin, or hosting configuration.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSuperCoder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website or the plugin. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumer rights you hold under mandatory local law.
Termination
You can stop using the website and the plugin at any time. We may suspend or terminate license services (updates, support, activations) for material breach of these terms, such as key resale or license circumvention. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licensing, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) survive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. If you purchase as a consumer, you retain any protections granted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes to billing or refunds will be announced before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
