What Is the WordPress Load Tracker Template?

A ready-made trucking load tracker table for WordPress, loads with driver, route, miles, rate, and status, sortable and searchable.

The setting is stored in the WordPress options table under the table's configuration key. It does not modify the original data source and can be changed at any time without affecting the underlying records.

What Columns Does This Template Include?

The load tracker template pre-configures columns that reflect a shipment's lifecycle from pickup to delivery. Each column maps to a field in your connected data source, whether that is a Google Sheet updated by dispatchers, a Gravity Forms entry submitted by drivers, or a REST API from your TMS:

• Load ID — the unique identifier for each shipment, used as the search target and as a reference number when communicating with drivers or customers
• Driver — the assigned driver name; in Pro mode, TableCrafter can filter this column to the current logged-in user so each driver sees only their own loads
• Origin — the pickup location, sortable and filterable for dispatchers who manage loads by region
• Destination — the delivery location, filterable for tracking active deliveries to specific areas
• Miles — the trip distance; displayed with a data bar in Pro mode to visualize mileage relative to the longest route in the current filter view
• Rate — the per-mile or flat rate for the load; useful for financial reconciliation and driver pay calculations
• Status — rendered as a status badge (Dispatched, In Transit, Delivered, Issue) with color coding configured per status value
• Date — the scheduled pickup or delivery date; supports date-range filtering so dispatchers can view loads for a specific week or month

How Do I Create a Table from This Template?

Install TableCrafter free from WordPress.org, then open TableCrafter → Get Started and choose this template from the Start from a template gallery. It creates a ready-to-edit table with sample data and the columns above already configured, so you can see it working immediately and then swap in your own data.

This applies to all users who can view the table, regardless of role. Role-specific overrides can be set per column under the column Visibility settings. The table-level setting acts as the default for any column without a role override.

The shortcode accepts all column and filter settings defined in the table builder as defaults, but you can override individual parameters inline. For example, `[tablecrafter id="1" per_page="25"]` overrides the default rows-per-page setting for this specific embed without changing the saved table configuration. This lets you reuse one table definition across multiple pages with different display requirements.
